From the recording Space Between The Words
This track is pretty straight forward. It’s odd to look around, when my wife and I are out to dinner, and see how many couples on dates are only engaged with their phones. It was a small step to imagine a character sitting next to his spouse/girlfriend while feeling alone and disconnected. It’s brave new world where we are simultaneously more connected and more distant.
